Dr. Carini Dick is a dedicated dental professional from Brazil, where she graduated in Dentistry and completed a postgraduate specialization in Orthodontics. Over the course of 14 years, she has developed a strong focus in pediatric dentistry, particularly in the care of children with special needs, including those with developmental, behavioral, and physical challenges.

Throughout her career, Carini has worked closely with children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), Down syndrome, and other complex conditions. Her passion lies in creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment where every child receives not only proper dental care, but also respect, patience, and empathy.

This deep sense of purpose led to the creation of SmileCare Kids Solutions, a consulting and training company focused on improving dental care experiences for children with special healthcare needs across the United States. Drawing from her extensive hands-on experience, Carini now trains dentists, dental hygienists, and clinic staff on how to better communicate, handle, and treat children with sensory sensitivities, behavioral challenges, or developmental delays.

SmileCare Kids Solutions also plays a key role in community outreach, promoting oral health education to families and caregivers, while working to reduce disparities in access to pediatric dental care—especially in underserved and rural areas. The company collaborates with local schools, clinics, and organizations to deliver preventive programs and accessible hygiene campaigns.
